Vehicles that are impounded may be released during our normal office hours. To have your vehicle released you will need to have the following:

• Valid Picture ID (D.L., Passport, Government Issued ID)
• Law enforcement release form (If Applicable)

We can only release the vehicle to the registered owner. If you wish to have your vehicle released on the weekend, a "Gate" fee of $90 will be required at time of entrance.

Q. : Why was my vehicle impounded?
A. : While there are many answers the this question, the most general answer is your vehicle was left on the side of the road longer then the time permitted by law.

Q. : What are the rates for Impounded vehicles?
A. : Our normal storage fee is $35/day, and a tow fee of $180. After 3 days of storage a $70 lien notification fee will be posted as required by California State law.

Q. : Can I retrieve property from my vehicle?
A. : Yes. Property will only be released to the registered vehicle owner. A valid Government issued ID must be provided and you will have to fill out a property release form at the office. We will only release property during our normal office hours of operation.
